Success at tender
Fisks Estate Agents of Wimborne have reported a great response
to their Informal Tender of 36 Hayes Close, which took place on 6th
January.
The bungalow, which was in need of modernisation, comprised two
bedrooms and benefitted a good size rear garden backing onto
fields.
With a guide price of £225,000 a good number of bids were
received, and the property was finally agreed to a buyer at a
figure in excess of the price guide.
